Each fellow will be required to design and execute a research or scholarly project. During his or her first fellowship year, the fellow is expected to initiate design of a project and submit this for IRB approval at minimum. It is expected the fellow will have submitted their original research for publication by the completion of their fellowship.
MIGS fellows are encouraged to attend regional and national conferences and to present their scholarly research activities at these meetings.
