MIGS fellows will participate in monthly didactics and journal clubs that are paired with dinner with faculty and residents. The fellow will be expected to present an article at each journal club. Fellows will be encouraged to attend nationally prominent gynecologic surgery conferences, such as AAGL and SGS. The fellow is provided with an education fund to cover conference expenses. Fellows will be encouraged to contribute to a minimum of one Grand Rounds for the ChristianaCare OBGYN Department.
