The MIGS fellowship program director will work with the fellow to ensure AAGL fellowship requirements are met and exceeded. The fellow is expected to be the primary contact person for inpatients of the MIGS division and works with the OBGYN resident on the MIGS service to manage care. The fellow will also have time in the office to learn about perioperative planning and postoperative care in addition to management of complex gynecologic disorders.
