The primary goals of the APC fellowships are:
Complete an APC Fellowship program that transitions new practitioners to advanced practice providers in the Christiana Health System.
Expand access to quality care throughout the health care continuum by contributing to advanced practice clinician workforce development.
Support the achievement of competence, confidence, excellence, and mastery in all domains of APC practice utilizing patient-centered principles.
Educate advanced practice clinicians to utilize evidence- based research in providing quality care and evaluating outcomes.
Increase the overall confidence and job satisfaction of new advanced practice clinicians.
Cultivate leadership qualities and the potential of advanced practice providers to engage in leadership roles and activities within the practice setting and on local, state, and federal levels.
