Psychology Internship Program

Applicants must be enrolled in a doctoral degree program in clinical, counseling or health psychology. In our selection of interns, we look for applicants with strong clinical skills, training in evidence-based practice and experience providing services within a medical setting. Required selection criteria include a minimum of three years of training in Ph.D. or Psy.D. program and a minimum of 475 hours of supervised practicum (intervention and assessment combined) experience. Applications are made through the AAPI which can be found at https://portal.appicas.org/. Enrollment in an APA accredited program is preferred. To assess the fit between an applicant and our training, consideration is given to strength of the application materials and interview.

Applicants who match to our program but do not successfully pass these background checks or fail to obtain required vaccinations may be dismissed from the internship. Three letters of recommendation are required. No other supplemental materials are required.

Notifications of application status and invitation for interviews will occur by email, by December 15th.
