In addition to the wide variety of rotations mentioned above, fellows also have a weekly longitudinal experience, in which they spend a full day in one of our palliative care clinics. For the first six months, fellows rotate at our palliative care clinic embedded in the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center. For the next six months, fellows rotate with our Community Based Supportive and Palliative care team that is embedded in the Heart Failure Bridge clinic, Cystic Fibrosis clinic and Wilmington Adult Medicine clinic, while also providing home visits to our patients within the region.
