In addition to the wide variety of rotations mentioned above, fellows also have a weekly longitudinal experience, in which they spend a full day in one of our palliative care clinics. Fellows have a continuity clinic at the palliative care clinic embedded in the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center throughout the entire year. Sprinkled throughout the year, fellows also spend time with our Community Based Supportive and Palliative care team that is embedded in the Medical Arts Pavilion, the Heart Failure Bridge clinic, Wilmington Adult Medicine clinic, and home visits to our patients within the region.
