Application Process

Clinical Informatics Fellowship

The Clinical Informatics fellowship at ChristianaCare offers one appointment for each of the two fellowship years. ChristianaCare will consider fellowship applications from physicians who have successfully completed an accredited residency program in anesthesiology, emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, pathology, pediatrics, preventive medicine or radiology. Graduates from medical schools outside the United States and Canada must be certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates to qualify for the fellowship.

The Clinical Informatics fellowship selects eligible applicants based on their preparedness, ability, aptitude, academic credentials, previous experience in information technology, IT or another related discipline, and personal qualities such as communication skills, motivation, and collaboration. The program does not discriminate with regard to sex, race, age, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.

The Clinical Informatics fellowship participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
