Application and interviews
In considering applications for our programs, we review:

- National board scores
- Publications and honors
- Applicant’s state interests and plans.
Interviews for specific department appointments begin in October or November. Candidates are interviewed by the department chair or program directory, as well as other faculty members. Tours of our facilities are conducted by current residents. You’ll find numerous affordable accommodations during your visit to ChristianaCare.
International applications
International medical graduates can contact the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) for their application materials and eligibility requirement. Application materials will be sent only to those candidates who are eligible for ECFMG certification prior to this year’s match.
