The faculty works closely with residents to enhance their intellectual, diagnostic and technical skills. All are Board-certified and many hold faculty appointments at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. This combination of practical experience and academic expertise among the staff enhances the depth and scope of the surgical residency program. Each resident chooses a faculty advisor for additional one-to-one support.
