Eligibility & Selection Criteria

  • Available positions: 7 Categorical.
  • Applications are accepted via ERAS only.
  • Required: ERAS Application.
    • 3 Letters of Recommendation.
    • Medical Student Performance Evaluation (Dean’s Letter).
    • Personal Statement.
    • Curriculum Vitae.
    • USMLE / COMLEX Transcript. (Preferred: Steps 1 – pass; Step 2 – completed).
  • “Personalized” personal statement is not required.
  • IMG’s with 12 months of prior US clinical training experience are eligible to apply for a categorical position.
  • A valid ECFMG certification is required prior to being offered an interview.
  • Application Deadline: October 1st
  • Categorical interviews will be held in-person for this recruitment season (2025-2026)
  • Interview dates: November 14, November 21, and December 12, 2025.
  • First round of interviews will be offered between Wednesday, October 22 and Tuesday October 28, 2025, and a minimum of 48 hours will be allowed for candidates to respond before extending an offer to a different candidate.
