Interests/Hobbies: My interests in psychiatry include: psychotherapy, addiction medicine, child and adolescent psychiatry and forensics. My hobbies include: gardening/houseplants, rock climbing, camping, playing with my 3 cats (Pheo, Skillet and Boots) and dog (Cashew), trying new restaurants, disc golf, and wine and cheese nights playing board games with friends.
Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: I chose Christiana because of their dedication to health equity and their passion for improving the health care system. Being a newer residency I feel like our voices as residents have huge impacts on the shaping of the program and that the faculty genuinely cares about us. Finding a program where my co-residents feel like family was one of the most important factors I was looking for in a program and I found this in ChristianaCare.
