Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: Minimally opposed high volume, high acuity center. Residents and faculty are what sold me. I had so much fun interacting on a zoom interview with them I figured if they were that fun and easy to get along with on a computer then in person had to be even better. I was right. Delaware reminded me of Seattle; green, close-ish to an ocean, and very outdoorsy.
