Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: Applying from an institution that does not have Med-Peds, I was struck by the incredible presence and appreciation for Med-Peds that permeates Christiana. Even more importantly, I got an immediate sense that this was a place where I would be surrounded by co-residents and faculty who would challenge, humble, and inspire me every day of residency, while simultaneously supporting me the way my own family does to make both my best and worst days better.
