Curriculum
Fellows will receive a comprehensive didactic education with interactive bi-weekly sessions with a focus on core medical education topics and high-yield medical education literature. In addition to the didactics held, these sessions serve as check-ins as we mentor our fellows in their educational endeavors and guide their research projects.
Our program, which has been in existence for over a decade, has a particular focus in narrative feedback, competency-based medical education, remediation, artificial intelligence, feedback, and clinical learning environments.
Upon graduation, fellows will leave prepared with a broad toolkit of educational skills and knowledge, and they will be well-positioned to jump into educational leadership positions.
