Founded in 2023, the EMS fellowship accepts up to 2 ABEM certified or eligible emergency physicians for a 1-year fellowship. Our focus is to provide our fellows with unparalleled clinical and administrative training which will prepare them to practice and provide medical direction in any type of prehospital setting. Our unique partnership with the Delaware Division of Public Health offers a diverse patient population with high acuity, while our partnerships with various local, regional, and state EMS stakeholders provide a unique opportunity for an enhanced training experience. Led by a dedicated faculty of EMS subspecialty certified physicians, we are on the cutting edge in designing a competency-based curriculum that individualizes training opportunities and fosters our fellows to achieve clinical excellence while continuing to personally and professionally thrive.
