Welcome to the Anesthesiology Residency at ChristianaCare. The program is specifically designed using competency based medical education to allow residents to advance at their own pace. Also, there is an emphasis on leadership, an important skill for success in the future. I have been a program director for over 20 years and have served on the ACGME and the ABA; I am extremely familiar with the requirements for both organizations. Residency at ChristianaCare is an outstanding opportunity to develop into a competent anesthesiologist and compassionate physician.
