Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: Care came across as a program where leadership truly cared about its residents and everybody meshed together well, on and off work. The attendings are here to teach and are passionate about it, making each shift a valuable experience. This is a program where you do it all and are guided by experts at each step, ensuring you leave after your 3 years extremely well trained and able to handle any situation anywhere in the world!
