Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: My wife (General Surgery Resident) and I were looking for a program that would best be able to support our professional goals within residency and our personal goals as parents. ChristianaCare offered the best of both worlds by not viewing each of those sets of goals as separate, but synergistic with each other. In addition, Delaware is a great place to watch our family grow and thrive, not to mention being closer for both sets of grandparents!
