Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: I grew up in Delaware and it’s well known here that Christiana Care is the go-to hospital where most folks in our community receive care. I was passionate about serving patients locally in my home state. I also noticed during my interview that Christiana Care residents were some of the happiest I had met on the interview trail. Not to mention, the faculty and leadership were so incredibly kind and welcoming. With the supportive work culture, robust clinical education, and countless opportunities for personal and professional growth, I am excited to be training here at CCHS.
