Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: ChristianaCare stood out to me as an incredibly supportive hospital system with a reputation of providing excellent training. In my case, I was interested in elements of both Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine, and ChristianaCare allowed me to train in a combined program that incorporates these two specialties while also being active in the community. Additionally, Delaware's seasons, culture, and close proximity to major cities was a significant influence on why I chose to come here.
