Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: ChristianaCare was my #1 choice for residency because of it’s unique combined program and progressive culture. I can’t wait to utilize the Center for WorkLife Wellbeing, as well as take advantage of all the other opportunities there are for residents in terms of research and enhanced leadership training (ACT, LEED R, Global Health Curriculum & Track, Pocket MBA, Resident Quality & Safety Council, etc.). I also love that ChristianaCare is a huge health system in a small state, meaning we have the chance, even as residents, to create positive change on a community and public policy level.
