- Letter of Recommendation: Please ask for a Letter of Recommendation to be emailed directly in PDF or Word to clinicalqsfellow@christianacare.org. This should come from a mentor or supervisor who can speak to your project work and/or scholarly activity in related area. Alternatively, a letter from your residency or fellowship program director is acceptable.
Application Timeline
Applications for July 2020 are now being accepted and will be reviewed on a rolling basis until April 1st. Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation letter and be offered an interview. You will meet with several members of the faculty and clinical leaders in your area. The overall turnaround time from receipt of application to offer letter should be no more than 6 weeks (and possibly less). Applicants are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible, before spots fill up. If you anticipate any delays with your letter of recommendation, please submit the other parts of the application as soon as you can so we can get your interview scheduled.
