We will provide a broad clinical foundation for our fellows in a supportive yet challenging educational environment that fosters clinical and academic excellence, humanism, professionalism, scholarly inquiry, and wellness. Our mission as an organization is to serve our neighbors as expert, caring partners in their health. As a nonprofit health system, our mission is one of service. Our mission as a fellowship program is to train physicians to be experts in the diagnosis and management of psychiatric disorders in complex medically ill patients. We will also train our fellows in Liaison work, guiding and educating their non- psychiatric colleagues in the nuances of managing this population, and how it impacts their overall treatment.
