Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware:
I love how prominent Med Peds is in the hospitals in terms of the faculty and leadership, also I really like two-week ambulatory block schedule structure for dedicated primary care at a Med Peds specific clinic especially as I am interested in primary care. I am also interested in global health and working with the Indian Health Services and this program has a strong global health track. Also, the people have all been so welcoming and passionate and supportive of each other, constantly checking in and trying to help each other which I love and was something I was looking for in a program.
