I chose ChristianaCare because of its supportive culture, outstanding clinical training, and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population. During my rotation, I was impressed by how invested the residents and faculty were in teaching and mentorship while fostering a collaborative team environment. I knew it was a place where I would be challenged to grow as an emergency physician while feeling supported, making it the ideal place to begin my career.
