Interests/Hobbies: From a medical perspective, I'm interested in medical education. I've had so many amazing mentors along my journey to my dream residency in my dream specialty, and I would love to pass along some of the lessons I've learned to the next generation of emergency medicine physicians. Outside the hospital, I'm happiest when I'm on the water, either fly fishing or surfing.
Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware:
ChristianaCare was my first audition rotation of 4th year and I was blown away by the volume, pathology, and acuity. Moreso, the unopposed nature of our emergency department allows residents to develop into well-rounded emergency physicians capable of tackling any situation with confidence. The attendings are interested in not only teaching, but getting to know you on a personal level. The combination of a virtually unopposed, bustling Level 1 trauma center and a family like atmosphere is a combination that’s super special and I’m blessed to be a part of.
