Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware:
ChristianaCare is a well-known teaching hospital in the area that would allow me to stay close to my family and friends. From what I have heard from others, there are many opportunities for learning and growth during residency here. The biggest reason I picked ChristianaCare, however, was because during the interview it was one of the few programs where I felt that preceptors genuinely wanted to get to know me and truly cared about the well-being of their residents.
