Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: ChristianaCare was one of very few places that really walked the talk when it came to their values, and those values aligned deeply with my own. I wanted to make sure I trained in a place where I could be authentically myself, and I know I will grow into the best possible physician in this amazing program that so genuinely values health equity, DEI, and honoring each other's humanity with love, compassion, and empathy. Plus, Delaware is so beautiful, and a great place for a new adventure!
