Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: Everyone was extremely supportive and kind during my SUB-I and I felt at home. It had the perfect balance of being a supportive academic environment and a place where I could build strong relationships inside and outside of work. All of the attendings viewed me as an integral part of patient care and were truly dedicated to my education. I can happily say as a now resident this remains true and I am extremely grateful to be a member of this residency.
