Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: I rotated as a visiting medical student and could not feel more at home! I knew I wanted a program with a supportive and collaborative environment. Everyone was welcoming, and the residents were friendly and genuinely seemed happy. I also loved that this is a community program with a plethora of opportunities including research and global health. There's exposure to all sub-specialties but also strong generalist training. I knew this would be a fantastic program in which to train and become the physician I want to be. I am absolutely thrilled to be coming to ChristianaCare!
