Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware:
Prior to the interview trail, I had the pleasure of meeting many physicians and students that trained or rotated at Christiana, and all of them had such positive things to say about their experiences here! CCHS has a culture of equity and mutual respect with residents, which is the type of environment I really wanted to train in. Plus, having an unopposed ICU is a great clinical opportunity with an interest in Critical Care!
