Interests/Hobbies: When I am not spending time with my daughter, I am most likely trying to pretend I am still athletic by engaging in beer league ice hockey, lifting weights, or hiking. When I need an activity that is more relaxing in nature I enjoy reading (preferably non-medical for a change in scenery), or fishing. I frequent dive bars to cheer on the very much rebuilding Detroit Red Wings (we can't get any worse so there is that).
Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: ChristianaCare felt like home to me on interview day, and family is very important for me. I was drawn to the unique curriculum/schedule that the family medicine program offered.
