Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: I had such a great feeling about Christiana Care when I interviewed. Everyone was so friendly and it was obvious that the training was the highest quality. I was drawn to large tertiary care hospitals with every imaginable service combined with smaller resident classes so that I could get to know everyone . I was particularly impressed the way that Christiana Care is so involved in helping all their employees balance all the aspects of their lives and it was obvious that everyone was proud of their hospital system.
