Why I chose Christiana Care and Delaware: it offers everything that I am seeking in a strong residency program including high surgical volume, diverse patient populations and abundant research opportunities; all within a supportive, nurturing environment. I was amazed at how warm and welcoming all of the residents and faculty were on my interview day, and felt that everyone made a genuine effort to get to know me.
